1-1 Career Coaching

REFUNDS

If at any point you are not satisfied with your services and wish to end our 1-1 partnership early, the following refund terms will apply:

If you paid in full for your 1-1 coaching package:

  • Within 30 days of registration or after using 2 sessions (whichever comes first): client will be refunded 50% of the total invoice.

  • Within 60 days of registration or after using 4 sessions (whichever comes first): client will be refunded 25% of the total invoice.

  • Beyond 60 days and/or after using 4 sessions: Client will not be refunded.

If you paid monthly for your 1-1 coaching package:

  • Within 30 days of registration or after using 2 sessions (whichever comes first): client is responsible for 50% of the total invoice.

  • Within 60 days of registration or after using 4 sessions (whichever comes first): client is responsible for 75% of the total invoice.

  • Beyond 60 days and/or after 4 sessions: client is responsible for 100% of the total invoice.

SESSION CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

 

Being late for, missing, or rescheduling/cancelling a session will be handled as follows:

 

  • Being late to a session: If you arrive late, your session will continue for the remaining scheduled time and will still end at the original end time. Sessions cannot be extended to accommodate late arrivals, as other clients may be scheduled immediately afterward.

  • Missing a session: If you need to miss a session due to an emergency (such as a family matter, accident, or illness), there will be no penalty. Please communicate the situation by text or email as soon as it’s safe to do so. Missed sessions without prior notice or for non-emergency reasons (such as forgetting or oversleeping) will incur a $50 no-show fee, as that reserved time could have been offered to another client.

  • Cancelling or rescheduling a session: You may cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before your scheduled session without any penalty. Cancellations or reschedules made within 12 hours of the session will incur a $20 fee, as the time slot may have been offered to another client. This policy does not apply to emergencies (such as illness, family emergencies, or accidents), which are always excused with no fee. Please notify me as soon as it’s safe to do so.

TRANSFERABILITY

Once a 1-1 coaching package has been registered under your name, it is considered your property. Sessions and packages are non-transferable and cannot be shared, gifted, or used by another individual, in order to preserve the integrity and personalized nature of the coaching experience.

REFUNDS
All Individual Services are nonrefundable. Once a service is registered and payment is received, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

TRANSFERABILITY
All Individual Services are non-transferable and cannot be shared, gifted, or used by another individual, as each service is tailored specifically for the registered client.

Group Career Coaching (Progress Pods)

 

MEMBERSHIP & BILLING

This program operates as a monthly recurring membership with automatic billing on your registration date each month. Members may cancel anytime with at least 7 days’ notice before their next billing cycle.

 

Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds are not available once a new billing cycle begins.

  • Cancellations received with proper notice will prevent future charges but will not retroactively refund the current month.

  • Ful Life Coaching reserves the right to cancel a membership if participation or conduct disrupts the group experience; any prepaid balance will be refunded proportionally.

 

Session Attendance

  • Group sessions are recorded for members who cannot attend live.

  • Missed sessions are not refundable, but recordings or summary notes will be made available when possible.

 

General Terms (Applies to All Services)

 

Payment

Payment is accepted via approved online platforms or invoicing systems. Services begin only after payment is received.

Communication & Boundaries

Coaching communication occurs during scheduled sessions or via designated channels (email, portal, or Slack if applicable). Ful Life Coaching maintains clear boundaries to support balanced and professional relationships.

Confidentiality

All coaching conversations are confidential. Your personal information, progress, or discussions will not be shared without written consent, except as required by law.

Responsibilities

  • Coach: To provide structure, support, accountability, and professional guidance aligned with your goals.

  • Client: To show up fully, take ownership of your growth, and communicate openly throughout the process.

 

By continuing with your registration or payment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to these terms.

Group Life Coaching (The Connection Collective)

Ticket & Pass Policy

 

Group Life Coaching sessions are available as:

  • Single Experience Tickets: Pay per experience at the listed rate ($40+).

  • Ritual Passes: Access to 3 experiences of your choice within 60 days of purchase.

 

Refunds & Cancellations

  • Single Tickets: Refunds are available up to 24 hours before the scheduled event. After that, tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred (see below).

  • Ritual Passes: Unused sessions expire after 60 days. Partial refunds are not available once a pass is activated.

  • Event Cancellations: If Ful Life Coaching cancels or reschedules an event, you may transfer your ticket or pass credit to another session.

 

Transfers & Expirations

Tickets and Ritual Passes are non-transferable to other individuals.
Unused credits will expire 60 days after purchase.
